Fight the belly bulge this festive season

It’s about 3pm on Christmas Day and you are fading away at the table wishing for just half an hour shut eye.

As you undo your pants under your top, the regret sinks in. Hello old friend.

You were so busy consuming at such a pace your body didn’t even have time to tell you it was full. So while you may not have needed the extra potato, Mum insisted someone finish it, so you did – it was pretty much a public service.
